Hello and welcome.

There have been many discussions about how much food so have a trawl around and read what you find.

A nice easy way though is to keep a record of everything you eat over a month period and I mean everything.

Then decide how many months you want to prep for and multiply it. Make sure you have a good covering of the essential diet ie protein, carbs, fats etc.

HTH :D

Welcome and greetings from Northern Ontario, Canada.
It may never happen. Best to be prepared just in case.
