hi im a farely new prepper and feel quite lost in where i can practice my bush craft skill without being against the law. is there any preppers in london that could give me some advice? im south east region of london. Also is there any bush craft activity centres or courses in the south east region that could help with practical lessons. one thing i have learnt with prepping is that you can have all the kit you want but it comes down to knowledge of you surroundings and how to live or survive that will keep you alive "Knowledge is notthe exclusive right of one man but is the gift to all men"
thanks for your time steve

Re: london preppers?
hi steve,
what kind of bush craft are you looking to practice? some parks might be a good location for practicing skills, but for longer term i'd assess whether your location is suitable for being a prepper in london and if you feel it isn't suitable then you might want to look at moving to a more rural location or to a location that has a wood or forrest nearby.
i'm quite lucky as i have cannock chase on my doorstep: http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?q=cannock ... ngdom&z=13
my bug out locations and cache's are all located in the link above, i use sophisticated pvc pipe locator technology to locate caches and i never place metalic instruments in any cache as there are too many old boys with metal detectors scouring the chase for celtic gold lol.....
near Gillingham [south-east london] there is a few woodland and forest areas that might be of interest here is the link:
http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?q=south+e ... 15000&z=13
hope this helps you to devise a strategy for evacuating london to an immediate bug out location.... i'd say the location near gillingham looks good for emergency survival but you might want to consider a bigger forest woodland that has deer and other food sources for if/when the s##t hits the fan....
