Purchased this Duracell LED 6v Work Lantern :D

Its selling name is "Duracell DayLite tough 6v lantern led torch"

I purchased this as a Work torch for my hold up kit or bug in kit.

Its bright (not the brightest for its size but still good enough) has a good beam which i tested to 150mtrs (approx)

It has a pivoting lamp head which is great for a work torch and looks like it would take a good knock, but if dropped could break.

Its well priced, got it for 20 pounds, it can now be bought cheaper! but the batteries are expensive.

I have kept this short and sweet as its only a torch at the end of the day! some technical stuff below for the people that want to know!

You now own a lamp far better than most own. In fact the population as a whole probably does not even own a torch, let alone batteries.
It looks a decent bit of kit- good find!

I opted to convert my 5 Cell Maglite to LED using a LED from Ebay (about £13 if I remember correctly). Original bulb used to eat batteries (D Cells), still on the same set with the LED conversion plus shouldn't have any blown bulb issues, I'm convinced LED is the only way to go these days.
