I grow my a few spuds, carrots, parsnips, peas and runner beans each year. I buy the seeds for most (not the spuds) and start afresh each year. I've never tried growing a seed crop and wondering if anyone have any tips on seed crops - apparently carrots and parsnips need to be left for 2 years before they seed. If the seed shop closed, it would be useful to have a good text book to rely on to make a sustainable garden plan.
I just know some of you will have the plan I need!
Query on seeds
Re: Query on seeds
This site is brilliant; downloadable PDF's on how to save seeds, and nice, detailed articles online. When I order, I'll be ordering quite a bit from them
