Hi
I've just started to prep properly. I say properly as I was in the Army for 12 years and not prepping for something is just planning to fail.
I think the best prep is knowledge with a bit of provisions.

But I also think the must to help in a big disaster is a network of like minded and prepped individuals that can stand up to help the others hour of need.
