Hi everyone. I'm a thirty something year old woman living alone in a rented high rise flat (third floor).
I found your site through a Google search for more UK relevant prepping advice (I've noticed Americans focus heavily on bugging out to the wilderness and having lots of guns and ammo). I'm brand new to prepping, but have been reading extensively about it for about a month. I do have some camping/bushcraft skills to draw on should I need them. I've started small, I've made sure I have enough water food for a week that doesn't require heating, but I know that is grossly inadequate for when the SHTF.
At the moment my focus is on planning to bug in and avoid the mobs, but I've at least got a local OS map and survival items for a BOB.
