I've been looking for BOLs as well - Do you have any friends or relations out of town? What sort of transport have you got available to BO? Any time you are out in the countryside just keep your eyes open. I recently spotted an old water tower that might take a bit of work to get into, but would comfortably house me and my family and our stores for a while. (planning a trip with some friends with some climbing gear to check it out soon).
Personally I think the best plan for bugging out is to scout places well in advance and revisit often in case they change - that nice secluded valley might have an old peoples home in it next year.
Watch the news and if possible leave before the rush, if SHTF there will be millions of people out in the countryside looking for food - Always better to have an impromptu week away camping with a wind up radio and nothing happen, than SHTF and you get stuck.
