I saw this brand at the Outdoors show last year and tried one of them out though can't remember which. It wasn't bad at all, and their cost is not too bad about average for the type of food.
For energy on the go I find Mule Bars are pretty good ( http://www.mulebar.com/ ). They are fair trade, made in England, good taste and have a good few different flavours, full sized bars and the smaller bites version too. Got about half a box of them on my wardrobe currently.
my BOB isn't any where near complet, but wise I have a box of granola bars and box of power bars. I also have a few "hotcans" (meals in a self heating can" on order, as I dont have a camping stove in my BOB, just one in house with food stock.
Have you tried the "hot cans" ? Would be interested to hear what you think of them, some people say they are great and a few others that they are a waste of money and dont work too well. They look ideal for where you want hot food but lighting a fire/stove is not practical or adviseable.

Not cheap compared to a normal tin of beans admitedly, but neither are the various ration packs and other MRE's that are available either. They could be ideal in a situation where you cant use a stove.....if it heats the food properly.That is the only issue I have heard about them, some people said they worked perfectly, others said they weren't hot enough. Will be interesting to hear how AAAA gets on with them
I looked into them a little while back and it looks like the same sort of problem as with the hotcans, some people really rate them and others said they didn't heat the food enough. How did you get on with them ?
I use a gas cooker or my Crusader set with hexi or greenheat or chafing gel, quicker and cheaper most of the time, not had a case yet where I needed to be covert when using it.
