I posted a link to a prep item that we found that we have purchased and found through use to be a good thing.
Thank you for reminding me of the fact that the prepped community has it's fair share of people that do not have a community spirit.
Short answer is.... Mods please close this thread.
Don't think this old infantryman feels like sharing anymore.

Sorry that you feel that way.
I didn't know of that site so thank you for sharing the link.
Personally it doesn't bother me if you earn some extra pennies by 'advertising' the link. As preppers we are always looking at ways to make a little extra on the side!
We should also be savvy enough to shop around before purchasing any items so that site may not be the cheapest.
Unfortunately we do have some members who have not yet settled into the idea of this forum community. I hope that they take stock and think about what they post or, failing that, up and leave.
Please reconsider your decision. But if you stand by it please PM me and I'll do the necessary.

I would echo Su's sentiments. It would be a shame for you to leave us having just found us!
Please be assured that the attitudes of individual members' do not necessarily reflect that of our wider community. In this particular case they definitely don't!
Ditto from me, elvengate. Also, check out that poster's joining date, and the number of posts, and then check out the same for the people who are asking you to stay - *these* are the people who represent the real UKP. And the UK, for that matter.
Yes, you should give us a chance elevengate. The post that upset you was out of order I think. That post contributed nothing-unlike yours. Thankyou for that link by the way.
