We here in the Colonies have a few sects that eschew modern devices. Lehman's has nearly everything for off-grid/no electricity .

Some of these may be available in the UK. Interesting to look at anyway.

DKR Lehmans hardware so need to come to the UK, there is nothing like it over here and as the community of preppers/sensible people grows and grows they would be so busy!! I just love the look of their oil lamps in so many colours and styles and many many of the hand tools/machines they have. Five shops would be a great start one for England, Scotland, Ireland, Wales and Isle of Wight. :)

This stuff looks fab. How come we're so backward at this in the UK? Not enough pioneering spirit I spose...................

Remote buying is great, but sometimes you want to be able to poke the stuff before you splash the cash
