I'm impressed about you thinking of joining the WI, the women in my village are too scary
Also, warm apple turnovers, mmmmm, lovely
Anyway, welcome to the forum

Hello and welcome,
OCD can be a brilliant thing to have, the 'check and test' or 'do it nice, do it twice' mentality really pays off.
Big lists, thinking of all eventualities, packing kit the same way all the time so you know where it is at all times.
I don't have OCD mind, I have CDO (it has to be alphabetical)...
Cutting, combustion, cordage, container, cover.

Now that made me smile! I do have to be careful not to do it and drop myself into an obsessional spiral though (like I have done the past few days!) I have to know when to ease back so I can regain a bit of perspective. Lying awake at night obsessing about TEOTWAWKI is not fun!

I hate the way OCD isn't in alphabetical order.
My prepping consists of bugging out by bicycle so any comments are likely to be based on that scenario.
