This site is really useful, they sell FAK's but list all the contents in detail and encourage people to have the right First Aid supplies regardless of buying from them.

SP services. Always served me well. I've been a Staff Nurse for over 2 decades & have a substantial trauma kit. Personally built with a lot of the stuff courtesy of SP Services. Advice: build your own kit. Don't buy one of those 'pre-fillex' kits. 60 per cent of the contents will expire and you'll never use them. And, of course, know how to use the stuff you have. Triage, and the correct, calm, clinical (ie non emotional) mindset are crucial.
