No need for that type 2, so in our case there is not much chance of us going hypo ;)

Not thought of that so will look at options

Maybe just depends on how much room is left on the motorbike with all my other kit

you don't say if you can get upstairs above the high water line so you have a place to store stuff or if this is more for the everyday thing
No were very screwed here river water level comes to about 3/4 of the way up our living room and we are in small flat, we do have a loft, but this would be no good to stay or anything like that, I do have stored in the loft the motorcycle panniers and in these are clothes right now but that is all i can store up there, so i can grab and run if i have too.

Please bear in mind i am prepping for the River Thames to flood and how i can get to safe ground, I'm not worried about the end of the world..... I'll die with the other Minions.
I can't trust Govt or local Council to help me so i have to help myself.

Tampons and similar pads. Handy for many more uses than what they are primarily designed for.

Honey is very useful - good for blood sugar and application onto wounds as it's antimicrobial. Clove oil is great for tooth and gum pain.

I recently burnt my fingers and was given a cream based on stinging nettle extract by a friend, works really well.

Also good for sunburn, eczema, bites & stings and so on

This is just one source I've found, http://www.beautynaturals.com/product.aspx?ref=AN-UR35....... Don't let the word "Homeopathic" confuse you, its more along the lines of a Herbal preparation

Thoughts?

Nice find!! I do prefer to use more natural remedies whenever I can, the less chemical additives the better!! I'm suffering badly from eczema on my foot at the moment and it's driving me bonkers so this might be worth a try before I cut my foot off  my normal creams are not working and as it's colder I need to wear socks which in turn make the itching worse... vicious cycle.
