On the back of my earlier posts, I've just seen this which does standard AA/AAA and the 18650/14500 batteries and I've ordered one to see how it goes. Reports to follow.....

Well it arrived today, £3.69 well spent by the looks of it. It seems sturdy enough and comes with a short (about 10 inch) cable although its not 'ruggedised'. It charges both standard AA/AAA's and 14500/18650's so it means you only need the one charger for all batteries.
