Caught red handed loading boxes full of assorted scoff into the augmented storage space in the garage roof. There was a bemused look, then a gentle tutt, and I said something about 'Brexit just in case and kitchen cupboards overflowing a bit and I've gone a bit mad at Macro.'
I'm gradually outing myself more and more as being prepared. I've already laid lots of groundwork with comments on the topic of potential Brexit and food and meds shortages. Also, I make a big thing of '2 for £x' offers and disappear the extras into indeterminate places. If only he knew how well prepared we are. lol. One day, maybe.
