extracting teeth is not that hard providing you dont just go for it and start yanking away.
if your not careful you can damage the gums which could lead to infection.
as you wont have the benefit of false teeth being made for you,
extracting teeth after the brown stuff hits would like today, be a last resort,
drilling and filling them would be the best option.
they manage well in 3rd world countries without advanced equipment,
so copying there methods is the best way to go.
filling material can be as simple as polyfiller if you have nothing else available.
its difficult to describe in words but happy to go through it at a meeting sometime if we both end up at the same one.
