I have a ShuttleChef. I don't think they are available in the UK any more unless you pay silly money for an import. Ours must be ten years old now but the Mr D thermal cooker seems to be pretty much identical. They are all extremely expensive these days. We got ours when we had a policy of buying one piece of good quality camping kit each holiday as part of the spend to replace the junk elements. I am not sure I'd buy one at current prices.
If funds are tight it is possible to improvise an insulated container for thermal cooking. I have seen WW2 leaflets giving instructions on making a "haybox" and the Wonderbag is a fairly well known cloth version which can be copied if you sew.

Replaced the seals on this little Sea 123 tonight, made in the 60s, runs on Coleman/Panelwipe...its a little cracker
