Two is one and one is none, but three is even better.
Not an an official preppers meet but does seem to be full of people with the prepper mentality is the Wilderness Gathering which now runs mid August in Kent.
Welcome to the forum; you'll find it a great source of help and information. In general, prepping is in itself a journey of planning and really worthwhile.
