Last night I asked in our local chinese takeaway as they were quiet - it took a fair amount of 'charades' to get the concept of a bucket across - but bless her, she pottered off and came back with a 10L bucket which once contained mayonnaise. I'm not quite sure why the Chinese takeaway has use of such a product -but I'm not looking a gift horse in the mouth
