It's better to make one rather than buy - you will learn how to make them and if you ever need to use on (untangle) you will be able to put it back together. You will also learn a couple knots by doing so. That's what I did - bought some paracord and a couple buckles and did a couple bracelets. Very simple to do and doesn't take longer than 1 hour to make one.
My next project is a full sized paracord whip :D

Whilst Bracelets are a nice way to carry around a length of P-cord its not very accessible if you need it instantly to tie something down/up/in/out etc. Sure its great if you get chucked overboard and washed up on a desert Island somewhere :D but thats not that likely is it??

If Its EDC make it usable stuff your most likley to use for day-to-day applications and not just the End of the world.

So with that in mind I would suggest a length of P-cord double over and sewn through the inner lining of your most favourite jacket/s , Up over one arm ,across the shoulders , down around the opposite wrist section and back up across the shoulders again to return to the same hand , if you make so that the 'double over' section at the wrist is just poking through the Left hand Cuff ( reverse if right handed ) you can easily hold an object with your left hand if needed and pull the cord out with your Right hand in a ready made loop to be placed around whatever object that needs restraining.

If need be you can still carry a Bracelet or better IMO a belt made from Paracord for that Shipwreck fantasy.

You can also make key-fobs using Paracord, or a trouser belt, and how about replacing draw cords in jackets.

I would be interested in seeing a walking pole handle grip made using paracord

I wear 3 paracord bracelets 24/7. (they are tied on) I made them myself and I didn't use a buckle.

One is all green and the others are made up of two different colours. They weigh nothing and don't get in the way of everyday life so I tend to forget they are there so I don't see a problem with them.

I thought about an anklet as you could get a lot more cord in one as your ankles are a lot thinker than your wrists.

One of my belts is on it's last legs so when it finally gives up the ghost I will use the buckle and clasp to make a paracord belt. Doesn't hurt to have that much cordage on your person.

I usually have a length in my poscket as well for those "Everyday" things that need "tying up" but it wouldn't bother me to unwrap one of these bracelets as they are very easy to make. I made mine while I was watching TV and still didn't miss anything. I used a clipboard and put the first loop under the clip part and then worked towards myself.

Be lucky (and villenaged)
