The right ones taste great and are a great prep. They can be added to stews and soups to add protein and can be eaten straight from the tin if needed. Definitely on my prep shopping list.

It's not that uncommon, if you think about it, as meat eaters we are naturally accustomed to 'proper' meat textures so the manufactured stuff can definitely be weird to some people

I hear yas Itsy and Lil, the texture is rubbery when biting in, and they are strong, you can taste them 2 days later in a burp

There are people on this forum talking about eating insects and drinking their own wee and you lot are whinging about some hot dogs.
I have loads stocked up, they taste fine to me, chicken lips, eyelids, hoofs, snouts and all. Great shelf life and 50p a tin, a bargain and a no brainer.
