I know its very addictive buying prepping stuff, I have a long list but i'm also saving to put a ring on my lovely gals finger ;)

Hi,

I haven't checked out any of those specifically but one thing to consider is weight if you are bugging out on foot. :)
I have heard Mora knives keep their edge well.
Tarp is extremely versatile but you need to learn how to create the different shapes to be effective, lots of arguments on the internet about tarp vs tent. You may come unstuck in extreme weather with a tarp if your not really familiar with it.

luckily have mr mears and mr grylls books to get learning with the tarp, itll only be used for hikes and things i hope, and a small tent is going in the car

will get some good woodland walks in ealry next year to practise with it.

i think im more concerned about a GHB than a BOB....

will check links, cheers.
