Haha, did you hear at the end when the sound man has moved the mic he sais "if you ground them up and mixed with flour you could make prawn crackers"!

If a company started farming and processing insects into what resembled normal food it might take off, serving up deep fried crickets on the other hand is unlikely to convert many westerners to the idea.

I'm starting to wonder if Quorns just like meat is a lot less synthetic then they make it out to be

I've tried mealworms before. I rinsed them and fried them in hot oil. They die instantly and puff up looking and tasting like crispy noodles. Absolutely delicious with peanut butter or in a stir fry. Locusts r good as well. Freeze them for 20 mins to kill them. Pick off legs and cook thoroughly. Taste like prawns. If you google entophagy lots of recipes and books come up.
