Tell us a bit more about your First Aid training and experience. It's an interest of mine too, both First Aid and "Hedge Medicine" i.e. herbalism and other low-tech health and well-being techniques and knowledge.

Hi ya I have done a number of courses with exmed a Hertfordshire based company, I have done the CEER course followed up by a MIRA (medicine in remote areas) and a follow up Advanced MIRA course and a couple of other courses difficult airways course and cardiac support course, I have a bit of practical experience but not a massive amount.
