Well I don't like Mondays...

Had to pop to the garage tonight to get my tracking sorted noticed it was ripping the ns tyre apart whilst on holiday so £40 for the privilege.... Need a new tyre soon as it's ripped the inner edge it's still legal but not clever... I'd put a new wishbone on before mot and not got it tracked....

Then popped to the supermarkets tonight with the wife . Came out and her car wouldn't start  so I stumped the 20 minute walk home to get my car managed to jump it off and limped it home with the power steering cutting out and it running like poo due to the low voltage.. battery tester says it's erm fubar showing 12+ volts till you put the tester on and it hits 0v instantly

Tomorrow it's a visit to the motorfactors for a new battery as the likes of Halfords dont list the battery .. it's nothing special just small in size and ampage

I’ve ditched the car and have started using public transport.

£60 for unlimited bus travel in Edinburgh for the month so obviously I am using this rather than take the car.

I have a 1.2 Polo, it’s gone from £50 to £80 to fill the tank and I reckon I would have been using around £160 worth of petrol a month so I am chufffed I am saving money and doing my bit for the environment at the same time!
