Did a big tesco online shop and will visit lidl this week. Started to replace my winter flu prep box with tissues etc.
Downloaded prep pantry lite from the app store to see if it's worth buying the full one. Will do a review soon.

if you havent wound charged the radio and torch dont do so but if you have to test them remember to periodically give them a few minutes perhaps every two weeks or so co the magnets in them lose efficiency if you dont. rendering them useless..Rayman wrote:I bought 3 things from wilkies.
Bought a 9 led small torch for £2.17p, it is the brightest torch i have ever used.
Bought a wind up torch for £4
Bought a wind up am'fm radio for £7.

Re: What Preps are you doing this week
About 30 mins ago snow started falling. Combined with the possibility of a 'fuel cut back' from abroad I'm stepping up the prepping. I dont wish to panic buy but tommorrow we're going to fill the freezer, fill the car and a few jerry cans and Mrs Prep is pickling more food.
Laying salt on my path tonight was a good indicator winter has turned up late.
