On sunday I found out I have a junior prepper on the way, my first, ETA in six months. I'm keeping the mini Derv by my side, so have ordered:

Medusa.
Make sure you consider the weight of your water stash if keeping it all in one place. I'm sure you already know, but I thought it worth mentioning. It wouldn't be wise to keep a few thousand litres of water in a DIY converted loft room for example.

Derv, congratulations!
All my stuff is now in one house, so now its stashing and inventorying.
With the weather the way it is, and the potential for powercuts, I've taken to carrying my mini-torch with me around the house, there's a lot of stuff here that I'm not sure where its supposed to be.
Also found out about the danger of wearing things to destruction: my nice warm jacket, and my nice warm fleece, both had their zips go kablooey while I was away on my trip. Time to retire the anorak and start using the nice new Trespass jacket.
