I had an Alice pack, it was very comfortable but I didn't like the pouch fastenings or the way it wouldn't stand up on the frame. I sold it and went frameless. It would be good if you posted a pic your cargo tray setup.
Don't forget to check the size, I think Alice comes in 3 sizes.

Medium and Large (Smalls are all comercial versions and range from "Better then Issue to worse then tissue" )
Medium can be used with or without the frame, Large has to be framed.
Some guys build what are called Hellcats, which I think is an ALICE bag on a MOLLE frame and straps.

Right i think some of you have gotten confused. I do real shooting...not range shooting and most of you are saying you would look out of place etc but you're thinking of in a normal world we live in now, not in a situation where there's a government collapse or whatever may happen. After all that's what we are prepping for, we are not prepping for normal life or there would be no point.

I wear MTP as it's comfy and people are use to seeing me wearing it,I'm ordering more as we write. I would have a vest even if it's just for WTSHTF and who cares when that happens what you wearing we would be bugging out right?, if people see you wearing the stuff often enough you just become that guy in a crowd.
