Without going into too much detail, i'm relocating to another house i have, not bugging out. Its a bit more isolated. My preps and supplies have come with me so i can keep an eye on any situation at arms length. I decided to up to Defcon 3 mainly due to the 21 day incubation period.
I am in a position which allows me to just break away anyway, my old place will be looked after so no worries there.
Probably complete my relocation in another 2 days.
I'll wait for all this to blow over .... If nothing happens then nothing happens.....i'll return in Jun time maybe.

Extremely tenuous to say the least!
Its relevant, honest - the thread I quoted from American Preppers Network quoted nicotine patches, gum, etc, as being of value once symptoms started. And I'd no idea there *was* liquid nicotine, let alone that it was that dangerous! It all helps spread knowledge!

The science of it all went completely over my head to be honest but if I got the gist of it (and I'm really not sure I have) then Nicotine suppresses some sort of "over reaction" of the body to Ebola which is beneficial(????).
I think Decaff was just warning about the dangers of self medicating Nicotine, though I must admit that I've never heard of anyone overdosing on it.
I will say that yes indeed you have to be so very careful there.
I'm a Yank that had used oral tobbacco much of my time in the Army. I am talking about the loose tobbacco you put between cheek and gum. Not the type you chew.
The stuff I used in the end was seriously strong.
Off and on I get weak and use something like it, that you can buy in many Asian Markets.
A few brave souls have asked me to let them try it. Without fail they have stood it for less than a minute before spitting it out. Some got sick and all were VERY dizzy.
Pure nicotine will mess you up in a serious way.
I don't do politics or religion. Seen to many people die because of these.
I post to contribute so take as you see fit. My way is not the only way.
