Aren't your floors alloy? Mine certainly were only the bulkhead footwell was metal..

nope, its been got at long before I got it and it was either lumps of mild steel and possibly the outer case of a microwave, there was a sheet of ply in the back and it had builders sand on top, it looked solid "ish" underneath until took the sand and wood out and then more Swiss cheese was found,

Ive mention before that recently a mechanic looked at and the prognosis was "dig a hole a bury it"

not really what I wanted to hear.

I think its more like a Heinz 57, and Im not talking about the tin cans used to patch it up.

ummmmmm! I have this problem selling un road worthy even with the "sold as seen tried and tested" paper signed, it all stems back the fiesta I sold that was a mot failure, that found its way up a tree!?!?!?!
