Mogs: Whats this kit going to be used for? As in whats your basic bug-out plan

Easier to offer advice when we know how you're going to use it

Cash is always good though, some note and a quantity of change (I EDC £5 in 20p's and a couple of quid in 10p's for example. Heavy as hell but phone boxes have 2X20p as a minimum charge )

Are the 72hr rations real food or those lifeboat things ?

A P-38, or better yet, a P-51 can-opener , the P-51 is larger (its designed for opening #10 cans, but can be used on normal tins. Needs less effort and is handier if you have small hands or a weak grip)

Multi-tools are always useful, I carry two. a SOG powerlock 62 (big bugger with powerful pliers) and a Leatherman CS Style (a small keychain sized one with scissors..... I use it as a key-fob)

Lucky to find a phone box with a coin slot these days, lots around here have no cash so it is either a card or 0800 reverse to make a call.

Do phone boxes still have a carry on button so you can re-dial without hanging up ?

Or you could get a charge card
