funny enough im just in the process to buy a house and my first plan is to install shutters ( german version) so from the outside and you able to roll them down from the inside. partly security wise and other reasons are the way they give you the option to leave your windows open during the summers ect. buuuut as many people had these thoughts to im worrying about drawing t much attention towards the house, since people going to wonder why someone would have them ( i really don't have anything valuable in the house ) but for me growing up with them its something is just prefer. I looked into a company for them but its very hard to find it over here in the uk, quite frustrating really.Same as finding the option to have your windows opening to the inside...
