Bequest it all to the Woodland Trust or local Hospice or the Dog's trust or anything else that you think is worthy of it....

Or you could just spend it all before you die :lol:

I don't drink, I don't smoke, I don't like large gatherings and I'm happily married, so think again! :lol: I'm thinking of buying some woodland if the roads and ground ever dries up that is!

Lonewall, you are like my Brother. I understand your situation totally.
Conversely, I am a man with a family and reasonable bunch of assets. Therefore I have to 'protect' it via a will. There are certain members of our Tribe to whom I do not wish to benefit from either of our deaths. The will has sorted that.
If you have a family get a will, as I saw the mayhem caused when my uncle died without one.

thanks Jansman, I was thinking more about when we are both gone, I don't have any other family left-all deceased now.
