Ooo ta. I've been using Crystal light from USA. :P

They do the 1.5 litre version as well but my lightweight phase has me re-using smart water bottles so the 500ml sachets work well.

I find you can dilute them down further than stated on the sachets.

Some have been known to use vodka to make flavoured adult beverages. :mrgreen:

A mixture of water flavours, some multi vitamin ones, some isotonic.

All are low carb and no sugar so good for my diabetes

Topping up the medicine box this week. My knees suffer in the warming weather so the Ibuprofen is getting a bashing and you can never have too many Paracetamol. Also want to get some some more Wilko hayfever relief tablets they're a good all round antihistamine.
