Look after the pennies and the pounds look after themselves .
I reviewed my spending and stopped buying expensive coffees now just take a jar to work.
Lunch was costing me 3.50 for sandwich and a juice now go to lidle and 1.50 from bakers including 1/2 pnt milk . So saving £40 a month.
Could go harder yet in scrimping but missus not up for it really.

Another massive saving is to cut out food waste.As folks are aware it is a big ecological problem.That aside,it saves money.

It took a while for my wife to get into the mindset of looking in the fridge to see what needs to be used up ( I have always done it),but last year when we were working in Spain we were living in remote fishing camps and often we had to work with what we had in stock.The Spanish staff were great at this,and we ate well until the next supply run.Mind you,a shotgun and an early morning walk provided variety!

There are websites that help you to use what's in the fridge too.

while we have power I use fultons foods its freezer and grocery place and dirt cheap.also use poundland which has good items both food and batteries and other stuff.
