I've used a straight razor for probably 20 years now, I used to only have a winter beard but nowadays I just shave neck and cheeks and trim the rest

In the past (at different times) I've shaved my hands and lower arms(shaving your dominant hand is harder then you'd think) , legs and armpits using a Straight..... Once I even went as far as doing an 'Intimate' shave (it worked for that as well....took a bit longer as I was going very carefully)

Hated disposables, never invested in a cassette (look like a huge con to me...Crack-House Economics) and found safety razors too much like hard work.

Mach3, one of the favourate targets of shop-lifters... Small, high value item not kept under lock and key

Mind you, why have three indifferent blades when all you need is one good one

In our town all the supermarkets have those tags on the Mach3's that set the alarms off if you walk out with them :lol:

That really won't slow some of the full time 'lifters out there.... Theres a few different ways to get around RFID tags


I still think a good Straight takes some beating.... And you can't clog one no matter how long your fur has got
