I should never have let the family know I had a stash of chocolate mints - if chocolate mints were an animal, they'd be considered an endangered species in our house :). They went through three boxes in quick succession and I've had to lie and say I don't have any more and won't be buying any either. My kids wouldn't be interested in raiding a stash of noodles, although my daughter was introduced to Pot Noodles at camp and, inexplicably in my opinion, keeps asking me to buy them. Hide them where they wouldn't normally go - like the bottom of the laundry basket :).

Fabulous idea, although I did catch my son with the hoover a few days ago and had to teach him how to use it - he's 13. In his defence, it is a new hoover.

Fabulous ideas! I Would eat the chocolate so that's something I have to try to sort!

Noodle addict my boy is, funny but he won't touch pot noodles?! No logic is there so maybe I should stash pot noodles instead then he would leave well alone. One place he never looks is under the sink so hidden inside a plastic container could be the way to go!

Sorted. :D

My 17 yr old daughter lives on Batchelors Supernoodles,I swear. Only keep 'em in for her. We think they are awful.

Just ordered some bolero fruit sachets from Amazon after reading a post on here, I struggle big time to drink plain water so this could be the answer for me. Planning a trip to dunelm for screwtop jars to store rice in for long term tomorrow, will get oxygen absorbers to put in also.

Having a fun time refusing to use the sat nav in the new location I'm pretty good at finding my way back home.
One the walking front have found apple and cherry trees, hedge garlic, dog rose's and of course elder so I'm happy that my cold and virus boosters for next winter are in the bag :D

Don't know if you've employed a removal company to supply all the packing boxes, but, if not, if you are near an electronics company or similar, why not call them up and ask if they can let you have the boxes their supplies come in. My DH works for a semi-conductor company and they have lots of large, clean, dry, strong boxes and, best of all, free. Easy to bring home, flattened in the boot of a car. A bit of packing or duct tape and no-one will know what you're transporting. I've discovered just how heavy cans are though :), so you'll need some of the smaller boxes for that. Most people will check out the quality of you sofa or your dining table, but I doubt they'll be interested in a whole bunch of boxes. They'll think it's books :).
