Whatever makes you think I'm a serious misery guts  I have plenty of fun, I just different fun to you Rik and smaller carbon footprint
I have a strategy, it's not written in stone, nor can it be, this scenario has too many variables, everything about it depends on those variables, being specific is not possible.

We have an indoor rabbit and a dwarf hamster. We found a lovely lady who's set up a business looking after small furries, as well as dogs and cats at home. Days before our trip to Barcelona last year, our rabbit became unwell and needed close care, but still wasn't expected to survive. The lady and her son were happy to do everything we required and when we came back our rabbit was on the mend and is still with us, although she has suffered permanent damage as a result. We were very happy and would use the service again. I think kennels are pretty awful for family pets. There are alternatives.

I have indoor cat who stays in cattery when we go away, heated throughout with own outside space, they post pics for you online and are total pet lovers. Couldn't leave him home alone think he would be too unhappy.

On prepping note, received my powdered fruit to add to water and have tried a couple of flavours and they are really tasty so will definitely get more to add to my stash.
Behind every great man is an even greater woman. She carried you, raised you and made you who you are.

Very true Paul, you clearly demonstrate a fixated personality  You need to open up to fresh ideas chap, you'd feel so much better if you did. So what was your day trip like?
