What Preps are you doing this week
Re: What Preps are you doing this week
Cleaned one of the greenhouses today. It is now ready to go in the new year. Bagged up the contents of one of the compost heaps ready for spreading when the beds are free of crops. Now I am in the process of drawing up a crop plan for next year. I have a request from SWMBO to grow cantaloupe melons. That'll be the 1 different item I like to try each year.
In three words I can sum up everything I have learned about life: It goes on.

Re: What Preps are you doing this week
some great prepping work going on here, its really motivational..
I've got a work trip to Spain in December so bought some masks (FFP3 I think), gloves and alcohol hand gel that can fit in the wheely case just in case i get caught out over there (cant get Ebola out of my mind).
Also bought a Kelly Kettle and cookset as all blokes love a new toy dont they? and talking of toys I need a new work van but Mrs Chippy is trying to steer me towards a Nissan Navara - think she secretly loves a bit of prepping..

Went to the opening of the new 5.11 shop in Shropshire on Saturday.
Picked up a Rush 12 backpack, that will be my new EDC bag.
Also a pair of the Tac-lite trousers as well as some other bits & bobs.
