Nope, no such thing
I think we pay attention to too many boundaries (and the same applies to how we`d function after a SHTF situation) because we`re conditioned by society from birth to smother our indpendant thinking to an extent. I once had a friend visit, and he kept guns, hand and rifles, and did so legally, being a member of a shooting club. He let me shoot them (on my own land at the time, and safely etc) and I had pics taken and put them on Flickr. Someone reported me for `having illegal weapons` and the police turned up at my door!
They checked it out and said, of course, I had nothing to worry about. But before she left the poliswoman said " you should be careful what you put online" and I was gobsmacked at that, having seen some rather more horrendous things online (not by choice!) than me practicing hitting a paper target with a rifle.
The police visit angered me but didn`t scare me. My dad was a poacher of the old school all his life and his shotguns and rifles were illegal. He taught me basic safety and self responsibility and the ethic that in any crisis, we
should have the right to both hunt, and protect our own, something the Scots used to have until another government took that right away from us with making the right to bear arms illegal.
So that`s my mindset. Tends to p*ss a lot of folks off though, mainly those who figure they should kowtow to the rules of society without thinking if they do us any good at all. I`d like to add though that I`m a quiet living biddy who never bothers a soul btw!

Good girl.
I take it you are not the kind to think there is a glass ceiling
