But no worries with graylag season starts September thro to Jan but a nice white one would be interesting.head down to the Black Isle for the Cromarty firth and there will be plenty to spare. just ask any local farmer what he thinks about a couple geese cropping his fields and they do taste good

We've got whole fields of them winter here, farmers hate them with a passion eh! But I do love to hear them & watch them fly over, the noise is a reminder of the never-ending unchanging seasons. When the geese fly over then the weather's going to change ..
