This past week I have been educating myself and making prepping plans. I've also been making space in my walk-in wardrobe for stores that I'll be getting this weekend. That way they are out of the way.
I've been watching a tv show called 'Jericho' and what scared me the most is how crazy people will be when TSHTF, so I'm not going to tell anyone about my prepping. Just in case it comes and bites me on the ass in the future. Because if stuff does go down, my friends and family will head straight over here after they've ribbed me and called me crazy for prepping.
I know this could be a questional prep for this week, but I feel that with proper planning I will be able to have organised prep stores
Froze another batch of chicken stock to dehydrate another time, been knocked sideways with a stinker of a cold since Thursday so no energy to do anything much. Can't visit Mr Decaff as not good idea to take this into hospital environment so been trying to take it easy.
Just watched "Threads" online, I forgot how scary it is.
Behind every great man is an even greater woman. She carried you, raised you and made you who you are.
I'm going to be using the loft for my gear/supplies so at the weekend I boarded out half of it. I have the other half to board and a drop-down loft ladder sitting in the shed waiting to be installed.

Same here, workmates rib me when I say, filled another Jerrycan of fuel or bought some more preps etc (some know I prep) same with the wife, she smiles and says "why"??? But As you say, where will they head when TSHTF??? Yup!! Haven't seen Jericho, but have heard about it, sounds spot on to me. Will. Be getting some more preps next week.
After a nuclear disaster caused by several terrorist attacks that destroyed 23 American cites, residents of a small Kansas town must come to terms with a new and very different reality as they wonder if they are the only ones left alive.
Probably the USA equivalent of Survivors but with more Gucci kit.

If voting changed anything, they'd make it illegal.
Had my birthday last week, only one person asked what I wanted so I finally got my hands on a sawyer mini , although everyone did club together and buy me a remote control helicopter which while being a lot of fun isn't really prepping related.
Money has been a bit tight cos as usual the wife over spent on the birthday, it makes it a good day but an expensive one, so I'm rotating the diesel stock this week (payday friday) hoping to get some other odds and sods for the camping trip she's agreed to as well. oh yes finally got dragged into the 21st century with a kindle, now I've just got to down load some guides. Roll on friday.
