Because my health has always been a serous issue and I want to get that back on track I am doing a juice fast inspired by Joe Cross, Markus Rothkranz and The Gerson Therapy.

I just hope I can afford to keep it up. Juice fasts even with conventional produce are expensive.

I am on day 5 at the moment, lets see how I do. I am hoping to make it to a month.

Currently doing approx 5 X 4-500 ml of juice a day

EDIT......

Scratch that. I cant go that long. I have broken my fast already. Damnit. So I am back to eating raw plus supplementation, plus juices and smoothies.

Having had no internet for about a month, I'm planning to make copies/takes written notes of more stuff that in the event of there being No internet, I will have the info at hand anyway. I already have a folder of "stuff", but need to be more organised about info at the time and stop leaving it till later. EE have been upgrading their masts, it took me a couple of weeks and a lot of hassle to find out it wasn't my system that wasn't working (assumed I had a virus at first and had a check done) and no one seemed to know why I wasn't getting internet despite getting a signal, then one employee in the local shop said someone else from my area was having the same problem and found out about the masts. Don't know what they did to upgrade them, but it's even slower now!! Still glad to be back, had real withdrawal symptoms from this forum :(

I find EE to be totally inconsistent with there Data both 3g and 4g I live in a large conurbation and the nearest mast is about 1/2 mile as the crow flies, I rarely get 3g let alone 4g . Whilst in west Wales earlier this year I got 3G at dial up speeds on a hill top where there was No signal according to their coverage map. I was told they had removed a lot of the T Mobile and orange masts as they were redundant, required to by OFCOM.

Just refreshed/refilled the OH's mini get home bag and sat with him to plan a walk home route from his new place of work. At least I know he should get home safe :D

Well we have had enough rain to make Noah start visiting B and Q  that means my Monday Morning fishing is off. The river is brown and angry. So I shall crack on and split more firewood today. I never consider us as having enough.
This afternoon I shall visit the shops and spend my tenner food prep budget for the week. Then I shall get some more beer brewing.

Another cup of tea first...

I've planted2 types of chillies, so I can make my own pepper spray, if need be, I also love spicy food. White mustard seeds, broccoli and chives.
