So glad we keep a stock of painkillers in. Fishing today I vaulted ( yeah right, scrambled over) a barbed wire fence only to fall down a ditch that was obscured by grass! Thought I had busted my hip tbh. Trouble was I was in the middle of nowhere. Could have been a bad situation in hindsight.

purchased some powdered fruit and veg juices. gonna give them a trial run and see how I like them and see how long they can last. They are from bioglan and look ok. If they last long maybe they could be a good way to keep nutrients up when yo are living off your tinned potatoes.

Thank you Deeps! I popped over there straight away, and subscribed to two, Linda's Pantry and Our Half Acre Homestead. I do like having written details from good sources, but the videos are brilliant - and they all seem to be doing what I was thinking of - instead of making meals, drying ingredients so that you can use them any way you choose. I'm not sure to be honest, it looks the same to me and the box says its non stick paper. Remember ibuprofen, paracetamol also bring down swelling and inflammation, allowing healing to start sooner. Keep taking them. Sorry to hear this.

Thanks for the painkiller top tip! As for the mishap - it happens. There is an old saying my sympathetic ( yeah right ) Wife reminded me of. Look before you leap!

I've taken on a full size plot at the allotment. I'll be able to produce twice as much(and work twice as hard!)
