Hello

Post by Ahastyatom »

Hi everyone,

Newbie here, I stumbled across this site a couple of months ago, joined a few weeks back and have been lurking around in the shadows for a bit. So thought it was about time I introduced myself.

I am completely new to prepping, until a few months ago I had not ever heard of it. However after reading through this site I realised how generally unprepared I am for anything (I did not even own a plaster). So I’ve started building my first aid kit and buying in extra food. I have not yet tackled water but it’s on my list.

Thanks for all the great info.

Hi and welcome.

I'm a complete newbie too. ASDA sell 2 litre bottles of still water for 17p - it may not be what you had in mind for water but it's a good start. At least you'll have something if you buy a couple of these. I'll be buying a few of these to begin with until I have sorted a way to store larger quantities.
