Message in a Bottle project

Post by Mad Scientist »

There are free "Message in a bottle" tubs you pick up from your pharmacy. Fill in the information form inside, then seal it in the tub and put it in the fridge door shelf. Put one of the emergency stickers on your fridge door and the other one on your front door. If any of the emergency services have to come to your house they know where to find vital medical information . Great if you're not in a condition to tell them. It will include your family's phone numbers etc. I would have one in my car and handbag, too. If anything happens to me, my daughter will be safe and my hubby and brother will be contacted. Hmmmmm maybe someone can do my laundry and dishes, too.....
