This one is total simplicity, and the Duchess and me love it when we are being lazy. Usually after a boozy, snoozy Sunday afternoon.
Ingredients;
1tbsp of oil
1 diced onion
400g can stew steak
400 g can butterbeans ( or whatever you have, it works well with tinned spuds!)
Fry the onions for a few minutes, add the stew and bean. Simmer for 5 mins. Serve with either fresh or canned veg. Lovely!
