They usually have boxes of 50mm glow sticks for a few pounds, useful for keeping the kids entertained or for micro markers.

I might get some of them.

I will get the 148pc Tackle set for £12.99 to stash in the campervan with my Rod (there are some lures/spinners included) then if I fancy a fish while I'm out in the van I can without having to worry too much about bait.

I picked up a rod and reel and a few other bits last year when Aldi did a similar deal and they seem fairly good quality so hopefully the lidl stuff is similar.

Hope you have a national rod licence for that kit CC ;)

Unless you are talking sea or estuary fishing

Of course, any water that is non tidal requires a rod licence to be fished, and if necessary a permit to fish from the owners of the land it travels through/over.

How long has that been in effect?

Do they have spy satellites watching rivers and stuff? Do I need to hide my stuff? :tinfoil

Might not have spy satallites but EA (Environment Agency) officers with power of arrest etc etc, and they can confiscate and dispose of all your gear, and your vehicle if you have it with you.

Just picked up the 148pc tackle box for £12.99. Well worth the money.

Just need to pick up some nets (not legal for use now) to stash away and i'm sorted :D
