I just realised that I've never posted this video on here and as it's probably the most relevant one to the site that I've made I thought it would be of interest.

This is the basis for the kit I carry around town, I have more gear in my bag but this little kit I made is set up to cover as many things as possible while still just about fitting into a pocket if I'm not carrying my bag, it's based around a maxpedition mini pocket organiser.

This other channel was very helpful when I was working on my kit so I would recommend having a look through it if you're setting up a small pouch based kit like this, he has a lot of good ideas.

Great video, thanks for posting it, gave me a lot of ideas.

One thing instead of that flattened bit of drinking straw you have in it, if you drink those chilled latte coffee things (my daughter does) they come with a handy collapsible straw that is much tougher and shorter as one half retracts inside the other so it is tough to crush.

I am sure I have one around somewhere, I'll post a photo when I find it.

I think I know the ones you mean, the cut down one I have would work but you're right, one of those would be better, I'll keep a look out, I had forgotten about them.
