Welcome to the forum. I don't know much about civil design and interlinking with emergency preparedness, what do you think? Or are you joining on a personal basis? Interesting!

I've seen lots of Indian businesses popping up on everything from prepping forums to railway modelling to amateur radio sites to tropical fishkeeping all pretending to be part of each community but they always instantly start talking about their business concerns.
